37 Weeks

We are 37 weeks, full-term and in the home stretch!  Less than two weeks to d-day now.  The last few weeks have flown by!  I'm starting to have some swelling in my feet.  That hasn't been fun, but I can still wear my wedding ring!  She has most certainly dropped.  The doctor says she is either breach or she has a big head :)  Either way, it won't matter too much since we have a repeat c-section scheduled. 

The nursery is pretty much complete.  I'm just waiting on our maternity pictures so I can add those to the nursery.  I'll post those soon!

Happy (Early) Birthday, Jackson!

With LBD #2's delivery date scheduled for June 4th, we decided to celebrate with Jackson a few weeks early!  He was so excited about his birthday party and he had a great time!  Both sets of grandparents were there to celebrate, which was very special.  Jackson got to bounce with his buddies, eat pizza and cake.  It was a great time.  I can't believe my first baby is about to be three!  Where does the time go?

36 Weeks

 36 Weeks - Only 3 left!  Wow!

I can't believe we are in the final 3 weeks before our little girl is here.  She has most certainly grown in the last week or two.  I can feel it!  I have less room for breathing and I am in full blown waddle mode.  Unfortunately I have had some swelling, but it hasn't been too bad.  I can still wear my rings most days.  I am also still sleeping pretty well.  I'm crossing my fingers that this continues!  I don't know how I would survive if I was dealing with insomnia like I was last time.  She is going to be here before we know it, so I will take all the sleep and rest I can get!

34 Weeks and Six Flags Fun!

Here we are at 34 weeks!  Only 5 more weeks (or less) to go.  I'm feeling really good lately, but I am definitely dealing with more aches and pains as the babe gets bigger.  I thought Jackson's pregnancy was easy, but this one seems even easier (knock on wood).  I feel like I have more energy, I am sleeping better, and I have had very little swelling. I can even still wear the my shoes and ring (double knock on wood)!  My OB thinks she is measuring right on track.  She's not too small and not too big. I can't wait to meet this little girl and see what she looks like!

Jackson has been having a blast lately.  We've been trying to do fun things with him on the weekends before the baby comes and we won't be able to for a little bit.  We took him to Six Flags for the first time.  We weren't sure how that was going to go because Jackson isn't your typical gung-ho toddler.  He is a bit more cautious.  We started him off on a truck ride and he loved it!  He loved all the rides we took him on.  We can't wait to take him back to try a few more.  Eric had to ride with him on some of them.  I, however, cannot do ANYTHING at Six Flags right now.  And I do mean anything, not even the sky buckets or carousel!  I still had fun watching Jackson have such a good time.

34 Weeks

First ride!  So excited!  These trucks were his favorite.  We had to ride the trucks between every other ride.
