Bama vs. UT

We finally got Jackson down to Tuscaloosa for his first Bama game of the season.  I was a little worried since we would be out there all day and into the evening without anywhere to nap, but Jackson had a blast!  He was totally in his element.  He got to be outside and there was so much to see!  Needless to day, he was born to tailgate!  Mimi and Papa took him to the hotel once the game got underway since it was a night game.  Mommy and Daddy got to watch the game out on the quad.  It was such a great time and great atmosphere.  Jackson is already practicing his "Roll Tide" for the LSU game!

Chili Cook Off

Our neighborhood threw our 5th Annual Chili Cookoff.  The weather was gorgeous and the chili was delicious!  Mimi and Papa were in town, so they were able to see the Trib in action.  Jackson got to run around in the big park.  He had a big time with his buds!  What a great way to bring in fall!

Animal Sounds

Jackson has been practicing his animal sounds.  No need to bark like a dog or meow like a can when you have jungle sounds like these!  In this video you will find a monkey and an elephant!

Roll Tide!

A couple weekends ago, Eric and I went to Tuscaloosa to see the Tide play Arkansas.  We got tickets to the game at last minute, which was an extra special treat!  Mimi and Papa were happy to take Jackson back to their house for the weekend, where they had tons of fun!

We have always set up a tailgate, so it was nice to just show up in T-town and enjoy the tailgating experience without all that stress.  We love to tailgate, but this was fun too!  We went to the Walk of Champions and saw Saban, Trent, McCarron and all the Bama players!  We got to enjoy a great win in Bryan Denny!  It was a perfect weekend, except I missed my little man so much!
